AGM DAY - 9 October 2021

THE STANDARD STEAM LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY LIMITED (parent body of THE 'CLAN' PROJECT)

Will be hosting their

Annual General Meeting

on Saturday 9 October 2021 at the premises of CTL Seal Limited Butterthwaite Lane, Ecclesfield, SHEFFIELD S35 9WA Commencing at 2:00 p.m. prompt. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m.

The meeting is the formal AGM for the project but non members are invited to attend to view and discuss progress with the erection of the Mainframe Assembly. There will also be a Guided Tour of the Works.

This event is open to Members who can vote at the AGM. Non-Members are welcome to attend for a £2 admission fee, refundable if membership is taken out on the day.

Covid-19 Advice

Could we please advise all prospective attendees at the AGM that we suggest the following, for both your own protection and the protection of others:

• All attendees should be double vaccinated
• Have taken a home flow test the day before the meeting (8th October)
• Should wear a face covering if you feel vulnerable

We have arranged for twice as many seats to be available this year so that it will be possible to social distance while seated.

If attending by road, we suggest using Jcn 35 of M1 then A629, 86087 & B6082, take LEFT TURN at Traffic Lights near Morrisons Supermarket.

If attending by rail, nearest station is at CHAPELTOWN, then by No: 1 Bus to Morrisons Supermarket (the works is a 5 minute walk from there, turn Left at Traffic Lights)
