|Components at Nemesis|
| The 28th July 2012 saw a Members Forum being held at Nemesis Rail, Burton on Trent. After a progress update from Geoff and Mike questions were taken from those present, including a more detailed update on the combined frame stretchers.
The opportunity was also taken to demonstrate the new document database and build plan. Whilst these tools may not have any physical bearing on the loco they are, none the less, essential in the build process as they will store all the documentation that will be required when we come to certify the locomotive for mainline use. Following the meeting Mike gave a guided tour of Nemesis showing those present some of the components stored there along with a general tour of the site. The photo above shows a small selection of the parts including one of the vertical stretcher patterns (left in red and black), steam exhaust spider pattern (right in red and black), the bogie side plates (under the patterns) and the fabricated horizontal stretchers at the bottom.
